Brasserie Europe is a new addition to downtown Geneva, offering elegant and creative cuisine for both lunch and dinner. Open seven days a week, the brasserie boasts a sophisticated setting that extends onto a terrace during the warmer months. Bathed in light from a vast panoramic window overlooking the intersection, the interior is defined by noble materials used in both the furniture and its unique decorative accents. Respecting the architectural heritage of Marc J. Saugey, the FdMP firm has breathed a singular soul into this historic location.

While the full Plaza complex is scheduled for its grand opening in early 2027, the Brasserie’s debut marks the first stage of the site’s rebirth, offering an immediate space for conviviality. Once the remaining areas open their doors—including the restored historic cinema hall, the immersive theater, a 17-room cinema-hotel, a bar, a bookstore-café, and various exhibition spaces—this high-level culinary experience will complement the rich offerings of the future center. With a diverse cultural and events program deeply rooted in film, the Plaza Centre Cinéma is set to become a vibrant epicenter where creativity, culture, and the art of living converge.
