Just a stone’s throw from the Lake and the Cornavin train station, a historic Geneva landmark is being reborn. Nestled within the Plaza Cinema building—at the heart of a burgeoning creative hub—Brasserie Europe offers a refined culinary experience in an elegant, one-of-a-kind setting, complete with a terrace, every day from 8 am to midnight. Drawing inspiration from the spirit of the great European brasseries, the restaurant fosters an atmosphere that is both convivial and epicurean. Open seven days a week, it sits at the epicenter of the future Plaza Centre Cinéma, a meeting point for creativity, culture and “art de vivre”. Chef Jean-Jacques Danthine reimagines the codes of the classic brasserie, infusing them with a contemporary and festive flair.
