This may include, in particular, data that you share publicly on the social network, which is part of your user profile, or data that the network is authorized to share under your agreement (e.g., last name, first name, pseudonym, profile picture, contacts and friends, profession, email address, etc.).

On our website, we use Matomo, a web analysis service from InnoCraft Limited (InnoCraft), with headquarters at HLB Mann Judd, Level 8, 57 Symonds Street, Grafton, Auckland 1010, New Zealand. Matomo uses cookies stored on your computer, allowing us to analyze your use of our website and improve its performance.

The collected data is not transmitted to third parties or transferred outside our infrastructure. Matomo uses this information to evaluate your use of the site, compile statistical reports, and improve the content and performance of our website. Your anonymized IP address is not merged with other data allowing you to be identified.

The legal basis for this processing is your consent. You may refuse the use of analytical cookies at any time via your browser settings or the consent management module available on our site. You may also withdraw your consent at any time with future effect. Refusing these cookies does not impact site access but may limit certain statistical analyses intended to improve its operation.

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager, a tag management tool provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). This tool (interface) allows us to manage and operate analysis tools (e.g., Matomo) and other technologies on our website to continuously optimize it.

We do not create user profiles, perform individual analyses, or store cookies via this tool. However, Google Tag Manager may trigger tags which, in turn, may collect data. The use of Google Tag Manager is based on our legitimate interest in operating various tools on our website efficiently.

Facebook Pixel

We use the Facebook Pixel from the social network Facebook by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland), hereinafter “Facebook.” This marketing tool allows us to track the effectiveness of Facebook advertisements for statistical and market research purposes by verifying whether Facebook users were redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook ad.

Facebook integrates the Facebook Pixel when you access our website and may store cookies, which is why your prior consent is required. If accepted, your browser automatically establishes a connection with the Facebook server. The data we collect is anonymous and provides us with no information about your identity. However, Facebook receives information that you have visited our website, and if you have an account linked to a Facebook service, Facebook may associate the visit with your account. We invite you to consult Facebook’s data policy for further information at: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.

LinkedIn Insight Tag

We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag from the social network LinkedIn by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland), hereinafter “LinkedIn.” The LinkedIn Insight Tag is a piece of JavaScript code that we have added to our website for statistical, advertising, and marketing purposes. Its integration on our website creates a link to the LinkedIn server when you visit our website while logged into your LinkedIn account.

The LinkedIn Insight Tag allows us to collect information about visits to our website, such as URL, IP address, device and browser characteristics, timestamp, and pages viewed. LinkedIn does not share personal data with us and only provides detailed reports on advertising campaigns and website audience alerts, as well as ad performance. IP addresses are truncated or encrypted, and direct identifiers of website visitors are removed within seven days to make the data pseudonymous. The remaining pseudonymous data is then deleted within 180 days. LinkedIn also offers a retargeting service for website visitors so that we can use this information to display targeted ads outside our website without the person being identified.

To learn more about LinkedIn’s data collection, please consult LinkedIn’s privacy policy: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy. If you are logged into LinkedIn, you can disable data collection in your account settings at any time: https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls.

The reCAPTCHA service collects personal data from visitors to verify they are real people. To this end, reCAPTCHA obtains information such as IP address, URL, date and language settings, and mouse and keyboard behaviors. Unless you are logged into your Google account while using reCAPTCHA, your IP address is not combined with other data held by Google. For more information, see Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

The use of reCAPTCHA is based on our legitimate interest and legal obligation to contribute to the security of our website and to fight spam and abuse. By using reCAPTCHA, you consent to the processing of data concerning you by Google. If you do not want your data transmitted to Google, you must log out of Google completely and delete all Google cookies before visiting our website.

We use various social network extension modules (LinkedIn and Facebook) indicated by their respective symbols on our website. By default, they are disabled and transmit no data. If you activate them by clicking on them, your browser establishes a direct connection with the servers of the relevant social network operator. We draw your attention to the fact that the operator may record your presence on our website, your location, and use this information for its own purposes. Your personal data is then processed under its own responsibility.

If you do not want data collected on our website to be linked to your personal profile by the social network operator, you must log out of the social network before visiting our website.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure adequate security for your personal data and to prevent any security breach that would accidentally or unlawfully result in the loss, modification, erasure, disclosure of, or unauthorized access to your personal data.
